We will greet you in Delhi from where you will be transferred to the hotel. Delhi is a lively city, presenting an amazing fusion of old and new and definitely has something for everyone.
The tour starts in the morning after breakfast as you proceed to Old Delhi where you will visit the Raj Ghat and the museum. The private taxi takes you past the majestic Red Fort and Chandini Chowk, which is bustling in Old Delhi. See the historical Jama Masjid, which is one of the largest mosques in India and was built by Shah Jahan. Enjoy a thrilling rickshaw ride in Chandini Chowk. Explore the quaint streets and shops of Chandini Chowk and taste delicious street food and you can buy clothes, jewels and other items at cost effective rates. In the afternoon, visit Qutub Minar, which is the largest Minaret in India. Proceed to visit Humayun’s tomb. Drive past Parliament house, President's House and other Government Secretarial Buildings and visit India Gate. This was built in memory of the Unknown Soldiers. Surrounded by large gardens, the area has an amazing ambience. Visit the famous Lakshmi Narayan Temple, a temple which is dedicated to Lakshmi and Lord Narayana. Overnight stay in Delhi.
In the morning, leave for Mandwa which is at a distance of 235 km. It takes nearly 3 to 4 hours to reach this small town with traditional Rajasthani flavor depending on the traffic. This quaint village of Shekhwati has havelis, mansions and beautiful frescoes in its unique Open Art gallery. Overnight stay in Mandwa.
After breakfast embark on a 188 km journey to Bikaner and it takes 3 hours to reach this city. Visit Junagarh fort, Joramal temple, and Harmandir. Overnight stay is in hotel in Bikaner.
After early breakfast depart in private taxi to Jaiselmeir, which is at a distance of 331 km. You will be enamoured by this golden City of India with marvelous havelis and Jain temples. You can opt to stay in the city or camp in the desert amidst exotic sand dunes. In the afternoon you can visit its quaint bazaars. Overnight stay in Jaisalmer.
After breakfast, visit Jaisalmer Fort, constructed in yellow sandstone and Patwon Ki haveli which is also a brilliant piece of architecture. Afternoon at leisure. Visit Jain temples. Overnight stay in Jaisalmer.
After breakfast leave for Jodhpur, which is at a distance of 285 km. In the afternoon visit Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada, Government Museum and Umaid Bhawan Museum and Umaid Palace. Overnight stay in Jodhpur.
After breakfast depart for Udaipur. Enroute visit Ranakpur, which is at distance of 98 km from here. See the Chamukha Jain temples and shop at Ranakpur. Proceed for Udaipur known as the City of lakes. Overnight stay in Udaipur.
The excursion for today starts with a visit to City Palace, which is situated on the banks of the scenic Pichola lake followed by a visit to Jagdish temple. Drive around Fatehsagar lake and visit Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir near Chetak circle which is one of the popular museums in Udaipur, The final tourist attraction is Sahelion Ki Bari. Afternoon at leisure for a shopping experience in the bazaars of Udaipur. Overnight stay in the hotel in Udaipur.
After breakfast depart for Pushkar which is nearly 320 km and it takes nearly five hours depending on the traffic. Visit main Bhrama temple and see the camel fair. Overnight stay in pilgrimage town of Pushkar.
In the morning leave for jaipur, which is at a distance of 143 km. On reaching check in the hotel. Enjoy shopping in the shops in crowded lanes of the old markets of The Pink City.
In the morning visit Amer fort and enjoy a thrilling elephant ride. Explore the red sandstone structure and its expansive courtyards, Diwan - e - Khas, Sheesh Mahal, Sukhniwas. In Jaipur visit Maharaja City Palace, Jantar Mantar the outstanding observatory, City Palace, Hawa Mahal. A tour of this charming city in not complete without shopping for handicrafts, carpets, clothes, silk paintings, jewellery etc.
After breakfast leave for Agra, which is at a distance of 244 km. Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri, which is UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit Jama masjid, Tomb of Salim Chishti, Panch Mahal, Buland Darwaza, Ibadat Khana. Later drive down to Agra. Afternoon at Leisure. Overnight stay in Agra.
Take a day tour of Agra. Visit iconic Taj Mahal, majestic Agra fort. In the afternoon you can have an interesting shopping experience. Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays. Overnight stay in Agra.
Proceed in time for boarding a train to Jhansi. From here drive to Khajuraho, which is at a distance of 191 km. Khajuraho is known for its beautifully carved temples. Overnight stay in Khajuraho.
In the morning leave for sightseeing trip of Khajuraho and visit temples namely Chaunset Yogini Kali Temple, Bharatji or Chitragupta temple, Mahadev temple, Nandi and Vishwanathtemple, Javeri temple. Late in the evening transfer to railway station in time for catching a train to Varanasi.
In the morning, on your arrival check-in to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore the city or have a shopping experience or visit Sarnath. Attend evening Arti at the River Ganges Ghats. Saunter in the bustling bazaars of Varanasi also called Banaras. Overnight stay is in Varanasi.
Early morning, take a boat excursion on the river Ganges and see different ghats namely the famous Manikarnika and Harishchandra ghats. Afternoon is at leisure or you can opt to visit Sarnath. Here, at the deer park Buddha gave his first sermon after attaining enlightenment and preached the four noble truths. Later in the evening transfer to railway station in time for your train to Delhi. Overnight is onboard the train.
On arrival transfer to the hotel. You can opt to visit the Akshardham temple made in Rajasthani pink stone or saunter in the high end malls of Delhi such as Emporio, Select City Walk etc. Overnight stay in Delhi.
