This morning you will be taken to Mandawa which is 235 kms from Delhi. The town was established by the Shekhawat Rajputs and is known to have many forts and havelies. Here you will have an opportunity to see the unique architecture and craftsmanship as the walls of the Havelis are painted in beautiful colors and are known to have highest numbers of frescos in the world. The place pre-dominantly has Marwari influence and the frescos on the wall depict the mythological images of god and goddesses and different animals. The overnight stay will be done in the town of Mandawa.

The next morning you will be driven from Mandawa to Jaipur, the Pink City of India. The city is known for its royal grandeur and has many majestic pieces of architecture. The city is known as The Pink City as the entire city was painted pink when the Prince of Wales had visited Jaipur first time in 18th century, the city was founded by Maharaja Jai Singh. You can spend the whole day in the bazaars of Jaipur and the overnight stay will be in Jaipur.

The next morning you can start the sightseeing tour in Rajasthan, the tour will start from Amer fort. This magnificent fort was constructed by Raja Man Singh and is a wonderful sight. The fort has splendid architecture and is divided into four different sections and each section has courtyard. The fort is on the hill top so you can either take a cab or an elephant to reach at the top of the fort. After the fort you can also visit the Maharaja City Palace, which is a royal grandeur and will give you the glimpse of the royal heritage of Jaipur. Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, Raj Mahal Theater are some other attractions of the city. After spending the whole day in the city you can do the night stay in Jaipur and get rejuvenated for the later part of your journey.

After all the fun trip you can now prepare yourself for some adventure as you will be taken from Jaipur to Ranthambore National Park. This large national park is known for the tigers and different species of birds. Here you can also see an Ibex, Sambar, Spotted Deer and Wild Boar. The park also has lakes where you can watch crocodiles and monitor lizards. The night stay will be in the Ranthambore National Park.

Your next morning will start with the safari in the Ranthambore national park where you can see variety of birds, reptiles and the tigers. The sanctuary is also known to have some 500 different species of plants. For the purpose of protection of the environment the vehicles are not allowed in the sanctuary. Here you can also visit the Ranthambore Fort and the temples of Ganesha, Shiva and Lord Sumantinath. The overnight stay will be in the Ranthambore national park.

The next morning you will be taken from Ranthambore to Agra via Fatehpur Sikri. In Fatehpur Sikri, you can visit various monuments, which are enlisted in the UNESCO World Heritage list. Here you can also visit the tomb of Salim Chishti and the Jama Masjid. Later you will be taken to Agra, the historic city of India and the former capital of Hindustan during the Mughal period. This place is the major tourist attraction and is also known as Akbarbad. In Agra you will be taken to Taj Mahal in the afternoon where you can admire the majestic beauty of this architectural monument. After Taj Mahal you can visit the Agra Fort which is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is known for its architectural grandeur. Here you can also visit the Diwan-e-Aam and Diwan-e-Khas, the public halls of that time. The overnight stay will be in Agra.

On the 8th day of your tour you will be transferred from Agra to Delhi. On your visit to Delhi you will be taken to the Akshardham Swaminarayan Temple, which is an exemplary piece of architecture. The temple is dedicated to Lord Swaminayaran and also has statues of Lord Ram and Sita, Lord Krishna, Shiva Parvati and Lakshmi Narayan. The temple is known to have 234 pillars, 20,000 idols and nine domes. The musical fountain show and the boat ride of this temple are simply exceptional. Overnight stay will be in Delhi.

Your morning will start with a tour of Old Delhi where you will be driven past the Red Fort and you can visit Raj Ghat, crematory of Mahatma Gandhi. The next stop will be at Jama Masjid and you must take a rickshaw ride in Chandini Chowk. In the afternoon you can visit the Qutub Minar, the largest minaret in India and later you will be driven past the Parliament House and the President’s House.
